Sourcing & Solution Service Fee

A professional service fee may apply when developing customized sourcing solutions, including technical assessment, supplier selection, product configuration, and procurement planning.

Transaction-Based Commission

When a sourcing project results in a completed transaction, a transaction-based commission is charged according to the agreed commercial terms.

To align our interests with those of our customers, the previously paid sourcing service fee can be credited against the transaction commission, subject to the agreed terms.

This model allows customers to access professional sourcing capabilities while ensuring that our interests are closely aligned with successful transactions.
